In our Townsville Young Chamber for the 12 August 2025, Rhett Stubbs, from Active HR will step us through an interactive 40-minute workshop designed for young professionals who want to better understand their unique work and role styles, strengthen their presence, and thrive in the modern workplace.
Through guided reflection, discussion and interaction, participants will explore how to collaborate more effectively, adapt their style, and avoid the common traps of overplaying their strengths.

Rhett Stubbs is a human resources and organisational development professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries.
He is the co-founder and Director of Active HR, a North Queensland consultancy helping small to medium businesses become great workplaces.
Rhett holds a Master’s in Organisational Change and Development, a degree in Business Management and is accredited in several leadership profiling tools. He is a skilled facilitator, executive and career transition coach and helps businesses shape high-performing teams.
Passionate about our community here in Townsville, Rhett supports local initiatives, including fundraising for NQ Cowboys House and Townsville Multicultural Support Group, and serves as a BNI Australia Foundation Ambassador, a charity focused on helping disadvantaged children access high-quality education services and support.
